Katherine Baloff is No. 1 ranked16-year-old violinists from Cherry Hill, NJ. She has performed with the Temple University Youth Chamber Orchestra under Maestro Luis Biava and The Philadelphia Youth Orchestra (one of the oldest and most renowned youth orchestras in the world today). She has twice served as Concertmaster of the All-South Jersey Symphonic Orchestra and has been selected twice to perform with the New Jersey State Orchestra.  Katherine is a student at Temple University's Boyer School of Music Center for Gifted Musicians and has performed in various Chamber ensembles and quartets there. In addition to regularly performing in the Cherry Hill, Haddonfield, South Jersey and Philadelphia areas she recently performed as a soloist with the Ocean City Pops Orchestra, The Rowan Youth Orchestra, and opened for The Beijing Opera last January. She also appears in a duet with her brother Andrew Baloff  and appears on their joint CD, The DaVinci Coda.  Katherine has studied extensively with Daniel for the past four years and now she on full scholarship at the DePaul University for Violin Performance.
