Andrew Baloff is a top ranked16-year-old violinist from Cherry Hill, NJ. He has performed with The Philadelphia Youth Orchestra (one of the oldest and most renowned youth orchestras in the world today and the Temple University Youth Chamber Orchestra under Maestro Luis Biava. He has twice won a seat in the New Jersey All State Orchestra and was recently named Associate Concertmaster of the All-South Jersey Symphonic Orchestra. Andrew is a student at Temple University's Boyer School of Music Center for Gifted Musicians and has performed in various Chamber ensembles and quartets there. In addition to regularly performing in the Cherry Hill, Haddonfield, South Jersey and Philadelphia areas he recently performed as a soloist with the Ocean City Pops Orchestra, The Rowan Youth Orchestra, and opened for The Beijing Opera last January. He also appears in a duet with his sister Katherine Baloff  and appears on their joint CD, The DaVinci Coda. Andrew has studied extensively with Daniel for past 4 years and is currently studying on full scholarship at the Cleveland Institute of Music for Viola performance.
